Cut and clean the joint
The damaged edge is saw-cut back to sound concrete instead of filling over crumbling material.
Semi-rigid joint filler
A semi-rigid filler supports the joint edge under wheel load, which is what actually stops the chipping cycle.
Spall and pop-out repair
Damaged areas are prepared and rebuilt with an industrial repair material matched to the traffic.
Ground flush
Repairs are ground level with the surrounding slab so the floor stays flat and the repair does not become the next failure point.

Large-area diamond grinding
Planetary grinders with progressive diamond tooling flatten the surface, open the concrete and prepare a consistent profile across the whole area.

Chemical hardening
A densifier is applied to harden the slab surface, cut down dusting and improve abrasion resistance under forklift and pallet traffic.

Depending on the facility, the floor is resin-polished to the target gloss, grind-and-sealed for an economical industrial finish, or prepared for a coating system.

Questions we get on this scope
Why do joints keep failing after being filled?
Usually because a flexible caulk was used where a semi-rigid filler is needed, or the damaged edge was filled over rather than cut back. Both are avoidable.
Can you repair joints without doing the whole floor?
Yes. Joint repair is often the first, highest-return scope on its own, and it can be done zone by zone.
Will the repair be visible?
Ground flush and color-close, but an industrial repair is a repair. If uniform appearance is a requirement, we discuss finish options up front.
