Slab assessment and documentation
We walk the floor with the facility team, record slab condition, joint damage, coating type and moisture indicators, then map the area into workable zones.

Coating and contaminant removal
Failed epoxy, paint, thinset, mastic and sealer are mechanically removed with HEPA dust extraction so the slab is clean and open before any repair work.

Joint, crack and spall repair
Forklift-damaged joint edges, spalls and cracks are cut, filled with semi-rigid material and ground flush so wheel traffic stops accelerating the damage.

Large-area diamond grinding
Planetary grinders with progressive diamond tooling flatten the surface, open the concrete and prepare a consistent profile across the whole area.

Chemical hardening
A densifier is applied to harden the slab surface, cut down dusting and improve abrasion resistance under forklift and pallet traffic.

Polish, grind & seal or coat
Depending on the facility, the floor is resin-polished to the target gloss, grind-and-sealed for an economical industrial finish, or prepared for a coating system.
